SHEIKHUPURA: In a police encounter in
Farooqabad ar
ea, on Shahrat Highway Sheikhupura, at
least two dacoits were gunned down.
Sheikhupura District Police Officer Sarfaraz Khan Virk sa
id that five dacoits were stopping vehicles and looting people on link road, Gajiana, near
Farooqabad.
Police gunned down two while three o
thers managed to escape.
Search operation has been started for their arrest. Arms and looted equipment were recovered from their possession.
