railway fares to wives of journalis
ts.
Due to computerized system of ticketing, this concession was restricted and allowed to tho
se wives of journalists who would travel with their husbands.
Howev
er, this condition has been withdrawn and the wife of the journalist (railway card holder) is e
ntitled to this concession even if she is travelling alone.
