ISLAMABAD: A laboratory has been sealed for using sub-standard medicines in Islamabad.
Federal Drug Inspection (FDI) team personnel conducted a raid at Al-Zafar Laboratory and recovered huge quantity of sub-standard medicines.
State minister for national health has issued special directives to Drug Regulatory Authority (DRA) of Pakistan to launch crack-down against the pharmacies manufacturing sub-standard and fake medicines across the country.
The personnel seized the medicines, sealed the laboratories and started further investigation.
